1. Receive your Quote
We will review your details first and confirm our availability your event, a free quote will be sent to you within 24 hours! Please remember to check your email.
2. Pay Deposit
Once quote is accepted, we will require a $100.00 deposit when completing your booking to lock in the date. All details will be on the quote.
3. Design Preferences
Once deposit is confirmed, you get to start customising! Pick your backdrops, colours, props and design the photo strip to your preference or event theme.
4. Final Payment
Full payment is due at least 7 days prior to the day of hire. If there are any concerns, please contact us immediately.
5. Get excited!
Following up to your event, we will check in to ensure everything is still in order, including your custom details. Happy planning and we will see you then!
